Poem 74: The Buoy. By Vijay Simhadri
The buoy floated in the ocean,
It was isolated in the waters as one,
It was there for others safety,
Amongst the turbulent waters so mighty,
It was colored red and white,
And could be seen in the twilight.
It tossed and turned keeping afloat,
It tried its best to keep upright,
It was there for every boat,
So that they were fine and alright.
